Requirements
  • Assist with the processing of invoices for construction projects throughout the United States
  • Serve as customer service liaison for jobsites and vendors
  • Ensure coding and posting of invoices are in compliance with company policy and procedures
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee expense reports
  • Assist with timely payment of all vendor invoices
  • Assist with W-9/1099 process and related activities
  • Research vendor issues
  • Proactively identify ways to streamline processes to create efficiencies
  • Ensure Sales & Use tax is properly accrued on invoices
  • Assist with special projects as necessary
 
Preferences
  • 5 years minimum of multi-state accounts payable experience
  • ‘Can do’ attitude and great customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity of statutory laws regarding W-9’s, 1099’s and Sales & Use tax requirements
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors on invoice related matters
  • Ability to analyze issues and apply critical thinking
  • Construction industry experience preferred
