3 Years Office Manager or Office Manger Assistant with KRONOS Time Management Experience Preferred.   Duties Include: -Facilitate time keeping efforts in the KRONOS time keeping system. -Ensure proper time reporting is accurate and submitted to home office per the company policy. -Keep accurate and organized filing system of personnel files. -Ensure personnel files are kept as private information while securely filed, stored, and distributed to the proper BLHI Personnel. -Organize, file, copy, scan and maintain project documents, records and correspondence in paper and/or electronic files. -Perform additional responsibilities as directed by Supervisor(s). -Assist in reconciliation of all project purchases. -All job duties will be supervised by current onsite Office Manager
