BL Harbert International Awarded New U.S. Consulate in Matamoros
BL Harbert International has been selected by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) to provide design-build services for the new U.S. Consulate in Matamoros, Mexico.
Located on a 7.7-acre site in the Jardin neighborhood, the multi-building campus will provide an office building, a Marine Security Guard residence and associated support facilities.

The design architect is Richard+Bauer Architecture of Phoenix, AZ. Page of Washington, D.C. will be the architect of record.
