BL Harbert International, in conjunction with 500 28th MOB Partners, LLC, has broken ground on the 500 28th Avenue Medical Office Building located one block north of Nashville’s medical corridor on Charlotte Avenue.
Once completed, the Medical Office Building will be a four-story, 45,000 SF, Class A facility with private amenity decks with views of downtown, ample patient/staff parking, and a separate patient pick-up area. Currently, there is up to 26,800 SF available on the 2nd and 3rd floors for tenant lease. CBRE is representing the Owner.

The project is being developed by r cazana development and Division Street Development. STG Design leads up the design team that includes Thomas & Hutton, Lee Company, and Balata. Construction of the Medical Office Building is slated for delivery in January 2023.
