The Moxy Charlotte
BL Harbert has been awarded the contract to build a 13-story, 160,000-square-foot Moxy Hotel located in Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Moxy hotel includes 208-stylish rooms, the Signature Bar Moxy, a lobby lounge, 2,500 square feet of conference/meeting space, a rooftop lounge and patio, and a fitness center. The project is anticipated to be completed by May 2024.
