At BL Harbert, we recognize the importance of continuing education, especially when our workforce is scattered across the globe. We invest in our people and help our employees become more engaged in the workplace and thrive professionally.
In 2018, we launched a new training initiative called LEARN (Leadership, Education, and Advancement Resource Network). The first two learning plans will launch in early 2019. By leveraging this online platform, we are making live, in-person training seminars and learning courses accessible to all employees, no matter their physical location.
