Renovation of an existing building to become the new regional headquarters for Aerojet Rocketdyne at Cummings Research Park in Huntsville, AL.

The project was a complex, fast-track renovation of multiple floors of an existing office building. The 30-year-old steel-framed building is 125,000 sq. ft. It includes interior and exterior renovations, such as replacing the roof and storefront glass, updating the café and auditorium and installing customized cabinetry and raised access flooring.
