Central Church of Christ

Tuscaloosa, Alabama

The original Central Church of Christ Church was destroyed by the April 27, 2011 tornadoes that came through the state of Alabama. The 29,000-square-foot replacement facility included two portions, a chapel and an administration/fellowship building.

This project was a partnership between a Church congregation, general contractor, architect, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and even the community.  Each party offered a unique perspective of wanting to help – to do something for a community that was physically and emotionally in pieces.  The result was humbling.
