Design-build of a 55,420-square-foot Group Support Battalion (GSB) and a 81,650-square-foot Group Support Troop Battalion (GSTB) for the 7th Special Forces Complex at Eglin Air Force Base.

Both company operations facilities include general purpose administration, covered overhead protection, organizational equipment storage and concrete hardstands. The project also includes expanding the cantonment area by 83 acres, and 70,895-square-feet of renovations to Building 4435.
