Included is a seven-story Chancery building with offices for U.S. diplomatic staff and tenants; a six-story Chancery Annex for USAID; three Staff Officer’s Residences; a four-story Consular Annex; a three-story Support Annex; a three-story recreation building; a two-story Marine Security Guard Quarters; a warehouse building; a three-level parking garage; a single-story utility building; on-site water well & wastewater treatment plant, fire loop and stormwater management.
