BL Harbert International to Host Ceremonial Groundbreaking for Bento Box Nashville
Bento Box, alongside partners, BL Harbert International, EOA Architects and Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, are scheduled to host a ceremonial groundbreaking for Bento Nashville on Tuesday, March 6 at 4PM. The event will be located at 1267 3rd Avenue South.
The 89-unit, multi-family residential development in Chestnut Hill includes micro units and retail space geared toward creative entrepreneurs. Bento Nashville is considered subscription-based residential living. Units are expected to range in size from roughly 300 square feet to 1,000 square feet of living space. Bento Nashville will offer economic pricing and sustainability, combined with the amenities of apartment living.
Event registration is from 4-4:30. The ceremonial groundbreaking will take place at 4:30, and guests are invited to a neighborhood block party from 5:00 – 7:30. Hoss’ Loaded Burgers will provide snacks and refreshments.

BL Harbert International will lead the construction on the development. Construction has already begun and is slated for completion by 2019.
