BL Harbert Lands Second Project at Tyndall AFB, FL
On Wednesday, July 28th, BL Harbert was awarded the $24,590,000 325th Fighter Wing Headquarters project at Tyndall AFB, FL.
The Headquarters building is a 32,936 square foot two-story facility that will house the wing’s administration. The project also includes various pending options including another 8,142 square foot single-story SAPR building.
The project was solicited as a two-phase design-build opportunity. BLHI partnered with STOA Architects, LBYD Engineers (civil/structural engineering), and IC Thomason (mep engineering) who BLHI successfully partnered with on the recently completed P977 Combat Vehicle Warehouse at MCLB Albany, GA, and the P475 Entry Control Facility at NAS JRB New Orleans, LA which is nearing the completion of the design/permitting phase.
