ServisFirst Moves into New Broadwest Office Tower

About five years ago, ServisFirst, a full-service banking company with locations across the southeastern United States, entered the Nashville market for the first time. Before this project, their staff was working in a transitional space –that we also renovated—as their name grew across town. As growth continued, ServisFirst decided that it was time to move their branch to a new and more spacious office setting inside the new Broadwest development in downtown Nashville.

The Broadwest development is a new 1.2 million-square-foot development consisting of a 34-story residential and hotel tower, a 21-story office tower, a three-story mixed-use office retail building that connects the two towers, and a seven-story underground parking garage that spans an entire city block. ServisFirst’s new Regional Headquarters Office covers the entire second floor of the office tower, totaling about 20,000 square feet of Class AA office space. The office space includes private offices, workstations, conference rooms, reception areas, a large training room, and break areas.

The 3,000 square feet of retail space in the three-story mixed use building now serves as a new retail branch. The space includes high-end architectural woodwork at the teller line, as well as offices, conference rooms, workrooms, and breakrooms.

Without a doubt, this project is important to us because of our continued relationship with ServisFirst, as we have completed a handful of projects together in Birmingham, Alabama, and Nashville, Tennessee. Equally as important is the success of a rather challenging project since development was under construction while we were working on the various build-outs.
