The 2,500-square-foot retail center is situated on Highway 30-A at the perimeter of the Alys Beach Community.

This high-end, beach-front retail center was completed in the fall of 2015, and included the buildout of five individual shops. The retail center is just one part of the growing community’s Town Plan.
