Design-build of a new, three-story, 43,000-square-foot office building located within the 156-acre Auburn Research Park, part of Auburn University’s campus.

A portion of this building is home to defense and technology company Northrop Grumman Corp.’s national Work Force Centers. The facility earned LEED-Gold certification based on the integration of sustainable principles throughout the design and construction process.
