The residence hall is 144,000 square feet with 293 beds. The facility consists of two-bedroom apartments with some single and three-bedroom units. Adjoining the residence hall is the “Nest”, a two-story commons facility complete with game rooms, theatres, a computer lab, and multipurpose space for the residents.

This residence hall signifies a pivotal point in the history of AUM. Its reputation has been a commuter school and this project is further evidence that it now demands campus life as more students are moving to campus.
