Barber Motorsports Museum Expansion

Leeds, Alabama

The Barber Motorsports Museum project is a five-story, 85,000-square-foot expansion to the existing museum.

The 144,000-square-foot museum, originally opened in 2003 and was recently named the world’s largest collection of vintage and contemporary motorcycles by Guinness World Records.

“People visit Birmingham from all over the world to see this museum and its collection, and we want to continue to wow them with what they see,” said George Barber, a Birmingham businessman and longtime motorcycle collector who built the museum and 830-acre racing venue.

The museum vertically topped out in April and remained open during construction.
