Delivered to the owner by the EPC delivery method, this new plant processes raw limestone into clean surge rock, producing 4,250 tons per hour.

BLHI’s scope of work also included a secondary plant that processes surge rock into graded stacks and a loadout plant for processing graded stacks into blended products with automated loading of rail cars.  All work was self-performed with direct-hire labor, which included approximately 16,000 cubic yards of concrete placed, 4,500 tons of structural steel erected, 115 pieces of equipment, and 55,000 linear feet of piping.
