Tutwiler Residence Hall consists of multiple five-story buildings connected by enclosed “bridges.”

The facility includes double and single-occupancy rooms with a private bathroom. Additional features include a large lobby with grand staircase, multiple gathering spaces, a fitness center, a craft room, a storm shelter, and laundry facilities—the main entry includes a student lounge, a reception area, and a police station.
