New luxury hotel apartment in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

The five-story project will feature 50 luxury units, including a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.  The hotel will also feature a courtyard and a rooftop lounge that will be open to the public. The rooftop lounge will be a new favorite hot spot with views overlooking downtown Charleston.

 

Construction is expected to be complete by the end of 2024.
