The Servis1st Regional Headquarters | Nashville project consisted of two separate spaces in the new mixed-use Broadwest development in Nashville, Tennessee. The full-floor tenant build-out in the 21-story office tower totals about 20,000 square- feet of Class AA office space.

The office space includes private offices, workstations, conference rooms, reception areas, a large training room, and break areas. The 2,500 square feet of retail space in the three-story mixed-use building now serves as a new retail financial center that includes high-end architectural woodwork at the teller line, as well as offices, conference rooms, workrooms, and breakrooms.
