The ServisFirst project included tenant improvements for over 30,000 square feet within the Shades Creek Office Building.

The ServisFirst office includes corporate offices, as well as spaces for all other bank office functions. There is a corporate dining area and multi-purpose meeting room which includes audio visual capabilities. BL Harbert International also built the main office building, of which ServisFirst is the main tenant.
