2023 ABC Excellence in Construction Award
Portico at Perdido in Perdido Beach, FL, won first place in the Residential/Multi-Family. Each of the beachfront residences offers floor plans that range from 2,469 square feet to 3,049 square feet and lavish custom amenities, including gulf-front infinity style pool with stunning views, covered poolside lounge area, gulf-front heated indoor pool, gulf-front fitness center, owner storage at beach level for convenience, expansive outdoor terraces, secure parking and building entry, and much more.
2023 ABC Excellence in Construction Award
The Oral Surgical Institute in Nashville, TN, won first place in the Commercial $10M-$25M category. The project is approximately 35,600 square feet of a below-grade parking garage and 45,235 square feet of class AA medical office space. The building structure is concrete podium and structural steel. The building features high-end finishes throughout the exterior and interior of the building with the incorporation of large curtain walls and storefront windows that provide 360 views of the Nashville skyline.

New U.S. Embassy Compound in Niamey, Niger
BLHI wins Alabama AGC BuildSouth Award
BL Harbert won an AGC BuildSouth Award for the successful completion of the Secured Gateway Building 100. The project is a three-story, 280,000-square-foot office building located on the Redstone Gateway development within the boundaries of Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Ala.

2020 ENR Global Best Project for the U.S. Embassy Compound in Matamoros, Mexico and for the New Office Annex (NOX) and Major Rehabilitation/Upgrade in Amman, Jordan
The New U.S. Consulate Compound in Matamoros, Mexico was selected as the Global Best Project in the Government Building category and the New Office Annex (NOX) and Major Rehabilitation/Upgrade in Amman, Jordan won the Award of Merit in the Government Building category. The competition honors construction and design excellence during the past year around the globe. A diverse set of 22 projects were selected, hailing from 21 different countries, and six continents.
