BL Harbert’s U.S. Group delivers a range of services, including Preconstruction, Design-Build, Construction Management, and Hard-Bid Estimating to clients spanning commercial, hospitality, higher education, healthcare, federal, and industrial sectors.

  • Preconstruction

    The most successful projects begin with thorough planning and close communication amongst key stakeholders. We can provide our clients with project budget estimating, value analysis, bid package development, and scheduling.

  • Design-Build

    We have developed a strong, global network with architects and suppliers. We work in collaboration with the design team to ensure our client receives the best value for their project without sacrificing quality. We also maintain an in-house, multi-discipline design coordination team, which directs all phases of the design process, internally and with our design partners.

  • Construction Management

    We are experienced in managing the entire construction process for our clients from start to finish.

  • General Construction

    Our team has trusted long-term relationships with subcontractors and suppliers nationwide. Our goal is to complete our clients’ projects on time and with the utmost level of quality and safety.

  • Turnkey Development

    We have the ability to offer innovative ways of bringing our clients’ project to life. As a development partner, we have the expertise to navigate the development process from site selection analysis to financing to legal process management.

  • Self-Perform Capabilities

    We have the resources along with the capabilities and experience to self-perform most types of general construction work, including sitework, concrete forming and placement, underground utilities, structural steel erection, process mechanical, and equipment setting. We own, operate and maintain our own equipment division, which is an integral component to our self-perform work capabilities.
