The new five-story building will include a basement and penthouse and feature classrooms, laboratories, conference rooms, student lounges, and a storm shelter, covering an area of approximately 294,284 square feet.

Strategically located near the Human Sciences Building and the College of Nursing, it will complete what will be known as the medical district within the campus.
