8West on the critical path to completion
The critical path to completion of 8West is currently tracking through the window frame and glazing install, which is ongoing on floors 5-9, and the install of our elevators. We have started interior finishes (tile, the first coat of paint, etc) on the lower levels and are working our way up through the building.
We expect to hit another milestone, the availability of permanent power, later this week. This will allow us to begin MEP start-up activities. Read more about this project here.
