The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) has awarded a contract to BL Harbert International, LLC to provide design-build services for the new U.S. Embassy Campus in Niamey, Niger.
Located on the existing 10-acre Embassy compound in the Yantala neighborhood, the multi-building campus will include an office building, a U.S. Marine Security Guard Residence, community facilities, and associated support facilities.
