Bento Living Celebrates Construction Milestone and Launches New Campaign
Last week, Bento Living, alongside partners, BL Harbert International and EOA Architects, hosted a ceremonial Topping Out Ceremony for Bento Nashville.
The 89-unit residential building will include micro units for extended-stay guests. Units are expected to range in size from roughly 300 square feet to 1,000 square feet. Retail space, a lounge, fitness facility, restaurant and rooftop bar will be geared toward creative entrepreneurs.
During the ceremony, Bento Living launched its new campaign by unveiling a massive banner on the side of the building. Entitled, “Nashville is About to Get a Little Smaller,” the campaign showcases the robust and thriving city with a first-ever option for small footprint living. Bento Nashville will impact the City of Nashville and Chesnut Hill with an affordable, community-oriented, amenity-driven lifestyle.
“Everything you need will be within 10 feet of you,” stated Brian Harris General Manager for Bento Nashville “We are living in a time where amenities and ride-sharing services are so popular. We want to incorporate incremental living into this generation, and we are thrilled to announce the ‘Nashville is Getting a Little Smaller’ campaign.”
“Bento Nashville is very excited to be a part of Chestnut Hill. We want to create flexible, small-footprint accommodations with an authentic local feel. With the support and community building available here, we feel we have found the perfect neighborhood to launch this concept,” stated Justin Koziol, Chief Operating Officer for Bento Box.
The Brentwood office of Birmingham-based BL Harbert International is leading the construction. Located at 1267 Third Ave. S., the project broke ground in March and will be completed in early Fall 2019.
