BL Harbert International Celebrates Women in Construction Week
BL Harbert International (BLHI) proudly celebrates Women in Construction Week, kicking off on March 2nd.
This annual event, organized by the National Association of Women in Construction Week (NAWIC), highlights the contributions of women in the construction industry and promotes opportunities for future generations of women in this field.
During this week, BL Harbert has planned a series of activities:
- Employee Spotlights – BLHI will share the stories of its women and their impact in our industry.
- Community Engagement—BLHI women will partner with Habitat for Humanity for their Women Build day, a movement where women come together to build, invest in, and advocate for quality, affordable housing.
- Recognition & Office Events – BLHI women will come together during this week for a meal in appreciation of their efforts.
As the construction industry grows, encouraging and supporting women pursuing careers in this field is more important than ever. Women in Construction Week is a powerful platform to acknowledge achievements, address challenges, and inspire progress.
