BL Harbert International (BLHI) proudly joins the nationwide celebration of Women in Construction Week, taking place from March 2nd through March 8th.

This annual event, organized by the National Association of Women in Construction Week (NAWIC), highlights the invaluable contributions of women in the construction industry and promotes opportunities for future generations of women in this field. This year’s theme is TogetHER, We Rise. At BLHI, we know our best work gets done when we come together as a team.

During this week, BL Harbert has planned a series of activities:

• Employee Spotlights – BLHI will share the stories of its women and their impact around the world.
• Networking Events – BLHI will host breakfasts and luncheons during the week for women to connect.
• Jobsite Tour – One of our South Carolina jobsites will host a hard hat tour for the NAWIC Palmetto Chapter.
• Community Engagement—Following Women in Construction Week, BL Harbert will sponsor the 10th Annual Power Up event for mothers and daughters to learn about construction and skilled trade opportunities.

As the construction industry grows, encouraging and supporting women pursuing careers in this field is more important than ever. Women in Construction Week is a powerful platform to acknowledge achievements, address challenges, and inspire progress.
