In March 2018, Watercrest Senior Living Group, alongside BL Harbert International hosted a ceremonial groundbreaking for the Watercrest Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Newnan, Georgia.
The 92,000-square-foot, luxury, senior-living community, features resort-style service, extraordinary care and luxurious residences. The 107-unit facility includes single-story and three-story buildings, containing 75 assisted living and 32 memory care residences.

Watercrest Newnan is a signature Watercrest product offering premium accommodations and innovative design. Upon completion, Watercrest Newnan will include a stunning promenade, pool, fireplace, signature water wall, multiple dining venues, and children’s play space. It will also feature Watercrest’s uniquely designed Market Street ‘outdoor’ streetscape with salon and spa, barber shop, post office, and numerous LifeBUILT programming touches that are a highlight and crucial element of their multi-sensory memory care programming.

Watercrest Senior Living Group of Vero Beach, Florida, serves as developer, construction manager and operator of the project. D2 Architecture and IDA of Nashville designed the facility.
