Celebrating Safety with the Airbus Project Team
The BL Harbert International Airbus project team recently celebrated completing over 150,000 man hours in seven months with an on-site safety luncheon.
Gil Roberts with SCS served a delicious barbeque lunch for approximately 200 employees, as well as representatives from HPM (the Owner’s representative) and BL Harbert’s corporate office. Makita set up a display of tools that included how to “Get OSHA Compliant”. Prizes were donated by SCS, Bayou Concrete, Ram Tool, United Rentals, Labor Finders, Hilti, and Herc Rentals.
The Dual Bay Hangar Expansion project for Airbus, which will help support the expansion of A320 production and new A220 production is on schedule and going well. Our goal has always been, without compromise, for every employee to return home safely, every day. Thanks to the project team for working safely and maintaining a healthy and safe working environment.
