Groundbreaking Ceremony for AuburnBank
On Tuesday, November 17th, AuburnBank hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Corporate Headquarters building and parking deck.
Situated on the corner of East Magnolia Avenue and North Gay Street, the AuburnBank project features a four-story, 91,000 square-foot office building as well as a 500+ space parking deck. AuburnBank will occupy nearly half of the office building (which will consolidate its corporate headquarters offices, operations center, and downtown bank), but multiple floors of additional office space will be available for tenants, with spaces ranging from 2,000 to 20,000 square feet.
AuburnBank has engaged Atlanta-based development firm Taylor & Mathis as development manager for the project, Goodwyn Mills Cawood (“GMC”) as architect and engineer, and Birmingham-based J.H. Berry & Gilbert, Inc. will be handling all leasing for the AuburnBank.
