Groundbreaking Ceremony Marks the Start of New PAM Rehabilitation Hospital
Last week, BL Harbert, along with PAM Health, Timberline Real Estate, and DSC Architects, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Aiken.
This new project will be a +/- 52,000-square-foot, two-story, 36-bed inpatient acute care facility providing services for the community of Aiken and surrounding areas. Construction is scheduled to be complete in the summer of 2026.
