1. ENTRY:

Individuals can register and participate in our Sweetgrass Inn Instagram Giveaway for a chance to win an overnight stay. Individuals can enter starting on Monday, August 16, 2021. See below, under “How to Enter” for additional details.

2. PRIZE DESCRIPTION:

One (1) winner will receive $1,000 gift card to Sweetgrass Inn on the Isle of Palms, SC. Value: $1,000. [Gift card can be used any way winner deems, including but not limited to an overnight stay plus a round of golf or a spa treatment, plus a meal at one of the two restaurants on the property.] Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit of one (1) prize per person. Travel costs are not included as part of the prize. Note that payment of any applicable taxes is the winner’s sole responsibility, and that winners are advised to confer with their accountant to discuss any tax-related questions.

3. ELIGIBILITY:

This giveaway is open only to legal U.S. residents (including the District of Columbia), over the age of 25. Void where prohibited by law.

4. GIVEAWAY TIMING:

Individuals can begin entering the giveaway on Monday, August 16 , 2021. The giveaway will begin on Monday, August 16, 2021 and will end at 11:59 a.m. CST on Sunday, August 22, 2021.

5. HOW TO ENTER:

BL Harbert International, LLC will be announcing the giveaway on Instagram on Monday, August 16th. To enter, individuals must follow BL Harbert’s Instagram account (@blharbert), Wild Dunes Resort’s Instagram account (@wilddunesresort), and McMillan Pazdan Smith’s Instagram account (@mpsarchitecture); comment on the designated Instagram giveaway post and tag in the comment one (1) valid Instagram account. Each tagged valid account counts as an additional entry. There is no limit as to how many accounts you can tag as long as they are valid.

6. WINNER SELECTION:

The drawing is completly random. All eligible entries timely received will be compiled and a winner will be drawn and announced on Monday, August 23, 2021.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be announced via Instagram on Monday, August 23, 2021. BL Harbert will contact the winner with further instructions for claiming the prize at this time. The winner must follow the provided instructions to claim the prize within seven days of being notified. The selected winner agrees to provide, among other information, his or her full name, date of birth, and state of residence. BL Harbert will solely use this information to confirm winner eligibility. Inability to contact a winner within seven (7) days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner must sign and deliver to BL Harbert International its forms of Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.

12. CONDUCT:

All giveaway participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. BL Harbert International in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these rules.

13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BL Harbert, as well as its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives, and assignees, as well as Instagram (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this giveaway and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use, misuse or non-use of the prize. By entering, entrants also authorize the BL Harbert and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material without compensation to the extent permitted by law.

BL Harbert is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. If for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failure of any sort, BL Harbert may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway. Entrants further agree to release BL Harbert from any liability resulting from or related to participation in the giveaway. 14. DISPUTES:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that: (1) Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway or the awarding of prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama or an appropriate Alabama State Court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees; (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide BL Harbert International with proof that such winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.
