Construction of the new U.S. Consulate Complex in Mérida, Mexico includes the design and construction of a New Consulate Office Building with Controlled Access Area, Staff, Visitor and Official Parking, Main Compound Access Pavilion, Consular Compound Access Pavilion, Service Compound Access Pavilion, Utility Building, Warehouse, and other associated support facilities.
