Renovation of approximately 40,000 square footage of existing space for corporate offices with the capacity to house over 200 employees.

Work included integration of existing mechanical systems with new, a high-end lighting and lighting controls package combined with high-end finishes. The office space included a welcoming lobby and reception area with a blend of industrial style and modern finishes, the construction private offices, open office spaces, conference/meeting rooms, copy/print spaces, coworking space, along with break and amenity spaces.

The office space includes 70 private offices with glass wall systems to merge the offices into large open office spaces, several (6) large conference rooms themed to match the Birmingham / Alabama interests and landmarks along with a large training room capable of hosting more than 70 trainees. Apart from the main office function spaces the office also includes several support / amenity spaces including a large café space, coffee bar, putting green, golf simulator and lounge that allow for employees to let off steam and enjoy their workspace with their coworkers.
