A luxury boutique hotel apartment in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

The five-story project features 50 luxury units, including a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.  The hotel also features a courtyard and a rooftop lounge that will be open to the public. The rooftop lounge is a new favorite hot spot with views overlooking downtown Charleston.
