The Oral Surgical Institute is in the heart of the medical district along Charlotte Avenue in Nashville.

The project is approximately 35,600 square feet of a below-grade parking garage and 45,235 square feet of class AA medical office space. The building structure is concrete podium and structural steel. The building features high-end finishes throughout the exterior and interior of the building with the incorporation of large curtain walls and storefront windows that provide 360 views of the Nashville skyline.
