The Capri is an eight-level condominium tower overlooking the beautiful city of Birmingham.  The tower consists of 48 luxury condominium units with enclosed parking.  The Plaza Level consists of a figure-eight pool and large areas conducive for entertaining.

The Capri interiors include many high-end finishes, such as granite counters in all kitchens and vanities, whirlpool baths in all master bathrooms, fireplaces designed for either real wood burning or gas conversions, and connections for gas grills on all balconies.

The building structure consists of cast-in-place exterior walls and post-tension concrete decks.  Exterior skin components also include brick, slab-to-slab glazing systems, and textured acrylic coatings over concrete areas.
