The P-921 contract included design and construction of a three-story unaccompanied housing project at Camp Lemonnier in Djibouti, Africa for the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Command.

The 43,895-square-foot building is used as permanent-party military unaccompanied housing and was designed to complement the Camp Lemonnier Master Plan and Installation Appearance Plan. The building contains 65 units, each housing up to four persons, for a total occupancy of 260 persons.
