The Newnan Facility is comprised of assisted living and memory care areas.

The assisted living is three stories with 75-keys. Memory care is one story with 32-keys. Amenities include Verandas and outdoor living space, multiple social gathering space, restaurant-style dining experiences, spa pool, massage room, relaxation lounge walking paths, fitness room, and physical therapy.
