The 10 WestEdge is a nine-story, 850,000-square-foot, mixed-use development that sits on the corner of West Edge Street and Lockwood Drive. The build-out includes 350-residential apartment units, a shell grocery store, dining and retail space, as well as a five-story, 870-space parking deck. Amenities consists of a clubroom, fitness center, rooftop pool and landscaped areas, and observation terraces.
