After an extensive pre-qualification, bid and interview process, BL Harbert International was awarded the contract for two separate packages at the Airbus manufacturing site. Our packages included the delivery center, the final-phase and flight line hangar, gauging canopy, and all exteriors and infrastructure for the entire 78-acre site, including taxiways at the Mobile, Alabama facility.

With a contract duration of 13 months, the project utilized state-of-the-art components, such as: a clean agent AFFF fire suppression systems, geo-grid installation under all paved surfaces, and an oil/water separator at the Hangar facility.  The project is FM Global Compliant, and is a LEED Silver-certified campus by the U.S. Green Building Council.
