The GE A20 project is a state of the art test facility for the GE 9x engine combustion sections.

BL Harbert was contracted to perform installation of (8) piping systems inclusive of all equipment, in-line and online instruments and devices required to complete the operation of the facility. In total approximately 16,000 LF of pipe was installed along with 1,800 inline/online devices and equipment.The project engineering design was incomplete at the start of installation. BL Harbert assisted with design review and coordination through the project life cycle. In total The project consisted of 6715 total welds read to B31.1. The project RT reject rate was below 2%.
