The Harbert Management Corporation project is a two-phase, Class A Office space tenant build-out within the Concord Center building in downtown Birmingham.

Phase I included a build-out of a four-story, 62,000-square-foot Class A Office space. Phase II included an expansion of the existing Executive Suite, which provided new executive offices, bathrooms, meeting areas and reception area.

BL Harbert also previously built the 12-story Concord Center .
