The new International Group Headquarters office for BL Harbert International consists of over 38,000 square feet of office and multi-function space as well as a 38,000-square-foot Logistics Center on a 12-acre campus.

Divided in half by the Little Shades Creek, the Headquarters is a two-story office building with details that highlight the builder’s craft, while providing a highly flexible internal space to accommodate the company’s dynamic operations.  The upper floor houses the group’s daily operations, while the lower floor, which overlooks the creek and opens the building to the landscape, provides a large multi-function meeting space.

The Logistics Center is positioned on the west portion of the campus, and is a tilt-up concrete building, which includes dedicated office areas for logistical coordination.

Connected by a footbridge spanning Little Shades Creek, the campus has been constructed with many sustainability features, including LED and sensory lighting, occupant HVAC controls in offices for individual comfort, and expansive windows and glazing to optimize daylighting.
